Lefkada

One of the most fruitful and – as a result – greenest islands in Greece is home to our Planet Surfpool Station in Vassiliki. Ideal for entry level, intermediate and advanced sailors, its large U shaped bay is filled with water as blue as the Caribbean's and ringed by a shingle beach that leads into a sandy bottomed, standing area 100 meters long. The wind starts to crank up around midday, when the normal Bft 3 is accelerated by the thermic changes to up to Bft 6.
